Legal services in real estate transactions
The main priority in our business is the legal protection of our clients, which we offer in cooperation with our lawyers. This includes a complete legal service from the beginning, that is, from the checking of the documentation up until the end of the purchase or the registration of ownership in the Land Registry at the court along with registering the changes in ownership at the Cadastre.

For our clients, Riba Ltd. performs the following:

• Checking of documentation (ownership certificate, placement blueprint, title deed, building permit, usage permit, certificate of completion…)
• Comprising of the Sales Contract, and Pre-Contract, if necessary
• Suggestion on registering property rights at the Court
• Change of ownership possession at the Cadastre
• Filing taxes
• Change of ownership for electricity meters, water and all other utilities
